mission statement

The Harnett County Arts Council’s mission is to promote and support arts activities and organizations in Harnett County. We aim to develop new audiences and outreach programs for Harnett County’s culturally diverse population. We will create partnerships with area organizations that promote visual, performing and literary arts, as well as organizations that preserve our historical and cultural heritages. We will encourage artistic growth and opportunity for our citizens through financial support, planning, education and promotion.
